Development Contribution Plans Rates

These rates should be read in conjunction with the relevant Development Contribution Plan Schedule in the Casey Planning Scheme.

The relevant Contributions Plan and planning permit requires that a development contribution must be paid not more than 21 days prior to the issue of a Statement of Compliance for the plan.
