Location
The Croskell (Employment) Precinct is located in Melbourne's south-east growth corridor within the City of Casey. It is bounded by Thompsons Road, Berwick-Cranbourne Road and Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road and is identified as a key future employment precinct for the region.
Precinct structure plan
The Croskell (Employment) Precinct Structure Plan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 13 March 2026 under Amendment C296case to the Casey Planning Scheme.
The PSP will guide land use and development within the precinct.

Infrastructure funding
Contributions from landowners will fund infrastructure within the precinct. The Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP):
- identifies the location of schools, community facilities, local parks and roads
- establishes a framework for the collection of funding for infrastructure and services
- ensure the cost is shared between the various developers and the wider community
