Amendment C198 proposes change to the Casey Planning Scheme which guides future residential development in Casey's established suburbs.
This amendment applies to ll of the land between the Gippsland rail line and the Princes Freeway in Berwick, and some of the land along and adjoining Clyde Road north of the Gippsland rail line in Berwick.
The proposed amendment applies to the land in the Fountain Gate Narre Warren CBD and the adjoining residential precinct.
The land affected by the amendment is the land known as Botanic Ridge Stage 4, being 860 Ballarto Road, 2/860 Ballarto Road, 950 Ballarto Road and 980 Ballarto Road, Botanic Ridge.

The proposed Amendment C238 applies to the land at 1910 and 1980 Ballarto Road and part of 225 Muddy Gates Lane, Clyde. Amendment GC99 affects other land across Casey, Melton and Wyndham.
