Copies of planning permits and endorsed plans are available on request. To obtain a copy of a plan or permit, complete the online form.
Information and fees
Planning Permits are public documents and written consent is not required.
If you require copies of Endorsed Plans you must be, or have written consent from either:
- the current owner
- the draftsperson
- the original applicant
Your application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee. The fee covers searching of Council records and administrative charges, but does not guarantee that Council is able to locate/provide copies of documents as requested.
Not all developments require a planning permit, so there may not be endorsed plans available.
Other ways to request a copy
If you have attempted to request a copy online but were unable to do so, please complete the Planning Permit Information Request form. If you wish to pay by credit card, please also complete a Credit Card Authorisation form.
Submit your completed form, relevant documentation and application fee:
- Via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Via fax to (03) 9705 5202
- In person at our Customer Service Centre at Bunjil Place
