Tulliallan Incorporated Plan

Purpose

The “Tulliallan Incorporated Plan” applies to the land at 805 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne North and exempts buildings and works normal to a dwelling (i.e. the existing dwelling is recognised as a non-contributory element to the local heritage place) from the requirement for a planning permit under the Heritage Overlay.
