Narre Warren Village Urban Design Framework

Version 1.0 (Adopted 15 October 2019)

Purpose: The Urban Design Framework proposes a visionary plan for the revitalisation of the centre through investment attraction, design principles and focused advocacy over the next twenty years. 

Scope: Urban Design Framework for Narre Warren Village sets out an integrated design vision for the desired future development of the Village. It consists of a design framework plan with guiding design principles that enables Council to assess development proposals and to initiate and facilitate potential major developments in the Village on public and private land.
