Pound Road and Shrives Road Development Plan

Purpose

The City of Casey has prepared the Pound and Shrives Road Residential Area Development Plan to guide residential development in the development plan area, and outlines the design and development outcomes to be achieved in the future redevelopment of the site. This has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 18 to Clause 43.04, Development Plan Overlay, of the Casey Planning Scheme.

At Council meeting on the 4th September 2018, Council adopted the Pound and Shrives Road Residential Area Development Plan.

Area Development Plan applies

This Development Plan applies to 46.49 hectares of land at:

  • 175, 177, 1/179, 2/179, 181, 183 and 185 Pound Road;
  • 100, 102, 104 and 106 Shrives Road, and
  • 2, 3, 4, 5, 5A, 6, 7, and 8 Wethersdane Road, Hampton Park.
