Casey Gardens Development Plan

Purpose

The purpose of the Development Plan is to demonstrate the general form of use and development of the land before a planning permit can be issued.

Scope

This Development Plan applies to the land zoned Residential 2 on the south side of Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road and to the north side of Fullard Road (excluding the corner medical centre site). The site is bounded to the west by a Melbourne Water Reserve associated with the Narre Warren Creek and to the north by the Pakenham rail line reserve.
