This Development Plan has been prepared and approved by the Casey City Council under Clause 43.04 of the Casey Planning Scheme. This Clause relates to the Development Plan Overlay. All planning proposals within the Cranbourne North Development Plan area must be generally in accordance with the requirements of this document.
