Fountain Gate - Narre Warren CBD Structure Plan

Purpose

The Structure Plan sets out a twenty-year strategic vision to guide the growth of the Metropolitan Activity Centre (MAC).

This Structure Plan covers Fountain Gate-Narre Warren CBD. The plan will guide decision-making, investment and development, ensuring change occurs in a coordinated way that responds to the needs of the CBD to enhance the area.

Scope

The Structure plan includes a vision for the Fountain Gate-Narre Warren CBD area and strategies to achieve preferred land uses, built form, places for people, accessibility and connectivity. The Structure Plan also includes different precincts of the CBD area and an implementation for the plan.
