There is a wide list of activities and classes to try. These are all beginner-friendly, with patient instructors who are excited to meet you!

Allison, Lianne and Mobaraka have shared their stories about how they found exercise at various stages of their lives
Allison has played and coached tennis her entire life and says it's really important to "get fit, meet friends and have a really good lifestyle".
Lianne took up cycling after an injury and thinks that being active is so important in staying 'energised'!
Mobaraka assists young women with sports gear and scholarships to keep them in sport. "It's not just good for your physical health but for your mental health".
