Make a booking

To make a booking:

  1. Call us on (03) 9709 9300 to check availability and pay either
    1. 50% non-refundable deposit OR
    2. the full cost of hire if the reservation date is within 4 weeks
  2. We will send you the booking form with your booking confirmation email.
  3. Review our Terms and Conditions, then complete and return the booking form to ocf@casey.vic.gov.au or to our office.

Price

  • Option 1: 4 hour (anytime) $477.00
  • Option 2: 8 hours (9.00am – 5.00pm) $796.00
  • Option 3: Weekend Hire:  $1,273.00*

*Includes exclusive hire of the Middle Paddock for a full day for your event, plus access the day before and the day after for marquee set up and pack down only. 

Please note: the marquee is not provided - hirers are required to supply and arrange their own marquee.

Public Liability Insurance

Public Liability Fee: $15

An additional $15 fee will be required for private event bookings to cover the hirer for public liability insurance which will cover the hirer against damages and injuries to their guests and other users of the site if they are proven negligent.

Bond 

$350 or $1000 depending on the risk level of the function.

Paid via cash or EFTPOS, the week of your function.

Optional Extras

Admin Kitchen $49 per hour

The Admin Kitchen located in the administration office building can be hired for an additional charge of $49 per hour. This space is often booked for people who need access to a fridge/freezer/oven and require space to prepare and store their food.

Site Rules

The following is strictly prohibited onsite:

  • use of confetti (including gender reveal poppers), rice or artificial petals. 
  • external BBQ’s or gas operated appliances
  • unsecured balloons. Please consider using alternatives including reusable or recyclable bunting, paper decorations, and bubbles

Please note: The use of the cafe decking is not included in the hire of this space.
