Clubs wishing to utilise active recreation reserves and joint-use school facilities within Casey are required to apply to Council each season.
The winter season is between 1 April and 30 September.
You must submit your hire application forms by the start of February each year.
The summer season is between 1 October and 31 March.
You must submit your hire application forms by the start of August each year.
Clubs should ensure then familiarise themselves with the Seasonal Tenancy Agreement before submitting the ground and pavilion hire form.
Your club or organisation must be incorporated and have public liability insurance. You must provide details of your club's public liability insurance in your application.
To hire a ground and pavilion, please complete a Seasonal Ground and Pavilion Hire form.
