Sleep and settling support program

Led by experienced Sleep Consultants and MCH nurses, our sleep and settling program offers practical guidance and support for families navigating infant and toddler sleep. Families needing extra support can also request free individual home visits with a Sleep Consultant.

The program supports families experiencing sleep and settling concerns with their baby (ages 8 weeks and up). The Victorian Government's guide for MCH services supports the program's approach, ensuring your family receives evidence-based, consistent care.

What each session covers

  • Typical sleep patterns and behaviours
  • How to prevent sleep challenges
  • Helpful strategies for supporting sleep routines
  • Support for parental wellbeing and self-care

How to join the program
