Find youth centres and services

Youth Information Centres are evolving to better support young people’s needs.

From Term 2, centres will open on specific days as purposeful hubs for:

  • Drop‑in support
  • Counselling services
  • One‑to‑one support with youth workers
  • Programs delivered with community and health partners.

This approach allows us to focus on quality access, stronger partnerships, and clearer pathways to support — while continuing outreach across the community.

Our Centres will be open for drop-ins from 1.30 PM – 5.15 PM on the following days:

  • Hampton Park – Monday and Wednesday
  • Cranbourne – Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Narre Warren – Thursday

Attendance at our centres outside of these times for programs, counselling and support is by prior arrangement.
