Service updates

The below announcements are part of widespread impacts to Council services due to COVID-19.

  • Due to the number of Council staff affected by COVID-19 and/or who are complying with isolation requirements, this program is being impacted. Council staff are assessing this on a day-to-day basis.
  • In line with the new density limits, some programs have been adjusted to maximise safety for staff and participants. Any changes are being communicated directly to the participants and their families. 

Summer Teenage School Holiday Program 2022

The Summer Teenage School Holiday Program will run from Monday 10 January to Friday 21 January 2022.

The Casey Teenage School Holiday Program is for young people aged 10 – 17 years and offers fun, age-appropriate activities at reasonable prices.

Multiple activities including gumbuya world, splatball, kayaking and live online workshops in art and dance.

  • Prices range from FREE to as little as $35
  • Fully supervised
  • Places are limited and fill up fast, so get in while you can!

 The details 

  • Casey is following the Victorian Governments advice on managing and responding to coronavirus (COVID-19). Please see T&C's for program safe practices. 
  • Bookings are open to young people who live, work or study in the City of Casey.  
  • Bookings are essential and places are limited.
  • Participants must be booked in individually.
  • Multiple events can be purchased in the booking.
  • Week 1 bookings close Wednesday 5 January 5.00 pm (unless sold out prior).
  • Week 2 bookings close Wednesday 12 January 5.00 pm (unless sold out prior).
  • Times refer to activity duration and do not include travel time - see bus timetable (pdf)

Important message: We remain committed to the implementation of COVID-Safe policies that meet the conditions outlined by State Government and ask that all attendees 12 years and over to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption. You will be required to bring and show proof of your vaccination status or medical exemption on the day of the activity.

Attendees may also be required to show their vaccination status on arrival to venues attended and/or check-in on arrival to venues attended. Please check the activity list for more information.
