Our Ways Of Working

Our Ways of Working (OWOW) is all about supporting our people to achieve the best outcomes for the community.

Our Ways of Working (OWOW) is the City of Casey’s Activity-Based Working model. Since the opening of Bunjil Place in 2017, employees at the City of Casey have been practising activity-based working, which means teams can choose how and where they work to maximise productivity.

In practice, this means that employees are not allocated an individual desk and have the flexibility (within the organisation's needs) to choose a space that supports their work, including home as a workspace when appropriate. 

Employees have access to a range of spaces within the office, including focus, process, and collaboration areas, and use technology to further support productivity and team connection.
