This form is only for updating the details of existing Casey residents on record.
How to update other details
Business details
Email your updates to caseycc@casey.vic.gov.au from a company email address or, on a business letterhead with company name, contact details, ABN (Australian Business Number) and ACN (Australian Company Number) if applicable.
Maternal Child and Health (MCH)
Call 9705 5590 to amend any details of your child.
Kindergarten registrations and enrolments
Email updated details to kinderenrolment@casey.vic.gov.au. Please include:
- Your child's name and date of birth
- Parent name(s)
New Casey residents
There is no need to notify us if you have recently purchased a property and moved to the City of Casey. Your details (via the Notice of Acquisition) will be sent to us by your conveyancer.
Pets and animals
The Casey Community Local Laws 2023 (2MB) states that registered pets must reside at the owner's residential property. If you are changing your residential address, we will also update the details of any pets you have registered with us. For all other changes to the status of a registered animal or pet, such as transfer of ownership or notifying us of a deceased pet, visit our Pet registration section.
Deceased resident
Ownership of a property must match the name on the property's Certificate of Title. If the owner has passed away, their name will remain on the title until it is updated. A solicitor typically manages this update during the title transfer process and the settlement of the deceased's estate. We can only remove the deceased's name from the title once we receive the new title. If the Council is informed that an owner has died, the rates notice will be updated to reflect "Estate of."
