To make a booking:
- Call us on (03) 9709 9300 to check availability and pay either
a. 50% non-refundable deposit OR
b. the full cost of hire if the reservation date is within 4 weeks - We will send you the booking form with your booking confirmation email.

Price
Casual rates
6-Hour Package $750.00
The booked time must include setup, event delivery, and pack down. No early access is available, and the room must be vacated by the booking end time.
- Option 1: 10.00am – 4.00pm
- Option 2: 6.00pm – 12.00am
Community organisation rate (weekdays only)
- $37.00 per hour
- $291.00 for 8 hours
Standard organisation rate (weekdays only)
- $51.00 per hour
- $393.00 for 8 hours.
Public Liability Insurance
Public Liability Fee: $15
An additional $15 fee will be required for private event bookings to cover the hirer for public liability insurance which will cover the hirer against damages and injuries to their guests and other users of the site if they are proven negligent.
Bond
$350 or $1000 depending on the risk level of the function. Paid via cash or EFTPOS, the week of your function.
Optional Extras
An extra hour can be added to your booking for $152.00, subject to availability. For day sessions, this hour is provided as two 30-minute extensions, extending the booking time to 9:30am to 4:30pm. Alternatively, the full hour can be added to an evening booking, allowing for a 5:00pm start time.
Additional time must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability.
