At Your Service Home Care is pleased to host a free community education session led by executive manager Remy, designed to help older Australians, their families, and carers better understand the new Support at Home Program and how to access funding and services that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.  

This informative and interactive session will provide clear, practical guidance on navigating aged care services, understanding government funding, and making informed decisions about care and support at home program.
