Intention to sell land - 21 Ballarto Road & 12 Oroya Grove

Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to subdivide and sell part of the land known as Lots 2 & 3 on proposed PS938155P and located at the rear of 21 Ballarto Road & 12 Oroya Grove, Clyde (the Proposal).  The subject land to be sold is shown in red on the plan below.

The land is currently encumbered by a drainage easement which will be retained.

The Proposal is that the property be sold by private treaty to the adjoining landowner/s.
