Rose Garden

The Old Cheese Factory rose gardens contain over 165 specimens of numerous varieties of roses. Including varieties of Hybrid Tea, floribunda, Climbing, Delbard and Old english roses.

Some of the varieties you will see here include:

  • White flowers - Iceberg, Elina, Ice girl, Tranquillity
  • Red flowers - Camp David, Mr Lincoln, Fragrant cloud, Darcy Bussell, Red Intuition.
  • Yellow flowers - Friesia, Gold bunny, Sunblest, The Poet's wife
  • Orange flowers - Just Joey, Abraham Darby, Lady of Shallott, Fearless, Heaven on Earth, Miss Unique, France Libre
  • Pink / purple flowers - Olivia Rose Austin, Radox bouquet, Adorable, Big Purple, Blue moon, Jacaranda, Dark Desire, James L. Austin, Fragrant Plum
  • Multicoloured - Origami, Carmagnole, Camille Pissarro, Henri Matisse, Princess de Monaco, Double Delight, Seduction, Peace, Chicago Peace, Fire and Ice
