Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, Casey Council must consult with individuals or businesses whose information is contained within the document(s) requested. The purpose of the consultation is to seek their views on whether or not the document(s) should be released. It will be redacted if the third party advises they do not consent to remove their information.
