Consultation is now open on the Casey Play Space Strategy.
Residents can provide feedback on the play spaces they visit, the play elements and facilities they value most, and improvements they would like to see.
City of Casey Mayor, Cr Michelle Crowther said Council recognised the importance of providing welcoming, inclusive and safe play spaces for to people to enjoy.
“We understand that playgrounds are highly valued by the community, so we want to hear from our residents about how they use these spaces and what matters most to them,” Cr Crowther said.
“Feedback from our community will help inform our new Play Space Strategy, which will guide future planning and decision-making for our growing community.”
The consultation closes on 19 October and is limited to Council-owned play spaces which includes local, district and regional playgrounds.
