Casey football fans are invited to catch a blockbuster match in our own backyard when Melbourne City host Melbourne Victory in the Ninja A-League Women’s Semi Final Second Leg at Casey Fields on Saturday 9 May.
With a place in the Grand Final on the line, the teams are set to battle it out from 2:00 pm. There will also be plenty of action for young fans before the match starts, with free face painting, a colouring station and swap cards with fellow City fans at the Macca’s Playing Cards station.
You can also show your football skills at the McDonalds Keep Uppy challenge, test your accuracy at the Macca’s Inflatable Soccer Darts or take on your mates using the mini goals.
Entry to the stadium is between the City Football Academy building and Pitch 1 or between Pitch 2 and 3, opposite the Casey Fields Dog Park.
City of Casey Mayor, Cr Stefan Koomen said, “Events like this semi-finals match give the community the chance to enjoy elite sport right on their doorstep. With plenty of entertainment on offer before the game as well, this is a great day our for all ages.”
