Becoming a dad for the very first-time is exciting! But it might also be a little scary and worrying. There is a lot to learn and sometimes it can feel like you and your partner are all alone in this new world.

But you aren't alone! There are lots of other brand new dads in Casey who are going through a similar experience to you. Each month you can come along to meet and chat with them. It can be a great way to ask questions, get some inside tips, and find out that what you are going through is pretty normal. And you just might make a new dad-mate too.
