We want to honour the incredible lives and stories of the centenarians in our community!

We are organising a special event in September to celebrate these remarkable individuals and would be honoured to have them join us.

If you, a family member, or a friend has reached the wonderful age of 100 or more, please help us reach them by registering their (or your) details here so we can extend a personal invitation.

Collection Statement:

City of Casey (Council) is collecting your personal information for the purpose of registering as a Centenarian at the City of Casey. Registering as a Centenarian will result in your personal information being used for the purposes of an invitation to attend the Mayor's 'A Century of Celebration' event.

Your personal information will only be collected if you give your consent at the time we collect the information from you unless an exception within the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 applies or is required by law. The personal information requested on this form is being collected by Council for events, contact and news relating to Council's Centenarian network, and will not be provided to 3rd party organisations unless required to do so by law.

I understand that if I provide my personal information as a part of this service. Personal information will not be used for any other purposes. If you wish to gain access to the information provided or amend any of the personal or business information you have supplied to Council, please contact Council via telephone on (03) 9705 5200. Council will not be liable for copy or misuse of the information contained in this form.

By registering, you consent to the use of your personal information to update the Casey's Ageing Positive databases. This assists Casey in fulfilling its functions and providing positive ageing services to you.
