Casey’s Youth Information Centres (YIC) will reopen on Monday 11 January offering face to face referrals, information and personal support for local youth.
Young people visiting the Youth Information Centres will have access to technology and BYO games sessions, however to ensure the safety of young people and staff, the number of people attending each session will be restricted, and there will be a 90-minute time-limit for each session to allow for cleaning to take place.
From 11 January until 30 January, the YIC opening hours will be:
- Narre Warren YIC – 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm
- Cranbourne YIC – 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, except on Thursday when the hours are 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- Hampton Park YIC – 10.30 am to 12.00 pm, 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm, 3.30 to 5.00 pm and on Saturdays 11.00 am to 3.30 pm.
Bookings are not required to enter the centres, however visitors will need to scan the QR code at each centre and enter their details, in line with Victorian Government public health regulations.
The Cranbourne Customer Service Centre will also reopen on this date with modified hours of 10.00 am to 2.00 pm Monday to Friday. For more information, visit our website www.casey.vic.gov.au
