The City of Casey and Connected Libraries is inviting Casey residents to brush up on their scam spotting skills with a free information session held on Tuesday 25 August at 2pm at Bunjil Place Library.
Held as part of Scam Awareness week, this interactive session will provide information about common scams and how to spot them, and reinforce the message to `Stop, Check and Protect’ to keep yourself and your community safe. Information will also be available at Council’s community centres during the week.
To register for the information session, go to connectedlibraries.org.au and search events. For more information about protecting yourself from scams, visit scamwatch.gov.au
