Help shape the future of Casey's activity centres

Activity Centres

Community members are invited to have their say on the future of activity centres across the City of Casey, with community engagement now open.

As one of Victoria's fastest-growing municipalities, the City of Casey is reviewing and updating its Activity Centres Strategy to ensure it reflects current planning priorities and provides clear direction for the future planning, growth and development of activity centres across the city.

City of Casey Mayor Cr Michelle Crowther said activity centres are more than just shopping destinations.

"They’re places where people grab a coffee, meet friends, work, access services and connect with their community through facilities such as libraries and community centres," she said.

“We want to hear how you use your local activity centres, what you love about them and what could make them better for you and your community.

“As Casey grows, activity centres must meet the changing needs of residents, workers, businesses and visitors, providing places to access services, connect, work, live and enjoy community life.”

Insights gathered through the engagement will help inform the development of a new Activity Centres Strategy and guide Council's future approach to planning, investment and decision-making across Casey's network of activity centres.

Engagement closes Sunday 15 November 2026. To complete the survey and for more information, visit https://conversations.casey.vic.gov.au/activity-centres
