The City of Casey is inviting young people, parents, carers and families to have their say on the future of its Teenage School Holiday Program.
The engagement, which is open until Monday 19 October, will help Council better understand the needs, preferences and priorities of local young people and their families, ensuring future programs continue to deliver meaningful and engaging experiences.
City of Casey Mayor Cr Michelle Crowther said community feedback would play an important role in shaping future Teenage School Holiday Programs.
“As the mother of two young girls, I know just how important school holiday activities can be for families. They provide opportunities for children to learn, connect with others, stay active and have fun in a safe and supportive environment,” she said.
“We want to hear from as many people as possible, whether you currently participate in our Teenage School Holiday Program or have faced barriers that have made it difficult to take part.
“Every family’s experience is different, and every perspective is valuable. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve to better meet the needs of our community.”
