The annual Community Satisfaction Survey of Councils begins this week.
Approximately 600 residents from across Casey will be contacted over the next three weeks by an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
You will not be asked to provide personal information or banking details as part of this survey, as has been the case with a number of recent scams we have been made aware of.
The survey is intended to assess Council’s performance across a range of measures and to identify areas where we can improve.
The results of all Council surveys will be published on the Know Your Council website.
