Land Use Planning Declarations Registry

In accordance with Section 32.3 of the Governance Rules, the City of Casey requires this form to be completed:

  • For any matter to be considered at a Council meeting where required under the Planning and Environment Act 1987
  • To identify a schedule of reportable donations and other financial arrangements that parties have made or have with Councillors, if known.
  • To identify a statement of the interested parties that includes details of the parties affected by the motion before Council, such as but not limited to, the names of personnel, company names and registered addresses.

In accordance with Section 29.3 of the Governance Rules, Councillors must acknowledge that they have read the schedule of reportable donations and other financial arrangements and the statement of involved parties before declaring whether they have a conflict of interest in the relevant agenda item.

If this information is not provided, it may limit the Council’s ability to determine the matter with a full understanding of potential material or general conflicts as is required.

Please complete this form as a representative/applicant and/or company/person involved in a Land Use Planning matter proposed to be considered at a Council meeting.
