Use this application form to register a health and beauty business.

There are three levels of registration. If your business provides multiple services, your registration will be determined by the highest-risk activity.

  • Low Risk $440
    For businesses that only do hairdressing and/or temporary make-up. This type of registration is a once-off payment - no annual renewal.
  • Medium Risk $430 first year 
    Businesses such as manicures, foot spa treatments, facial or body treatments, hair removal, etc. This registration requires annual renewal.
  • High Risk $479 first year
    Businesses such as tattooing, body and ear piercing, colonic irrigation, electrolysis etc. This registration requires annual renewal. 

Once the property has been inspected and the registration has been approved, an invoice for the registration fee will be issued.
