Halloween at the Old Cheese Factory is a festival for young children aged 4 to 10 years to provide a fun, safe space to enjoy the spooky season. The event offers entertainment, workshops and trick or treating.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can only be purchased through the City of Casey website or through the ticket links found in the social media event page.
I saw someone selling their tickets on social media, why can’t I purchase them?
City of Casey advises against purchasing tickets through social media as most are scam accounts. If you notice someone selling their tickets online we ask you to be cautious and stay informed.
I can no longer attend; can I get a refund?
Refunds will not be accepted for Halloween at the Old Cheese Factory in accordance with the ticketing policy set by our provider.
Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes, companion card holders can enter the event at no charge if they can present a valid card upon entry.
Will there be door sales on the night of the event?
Halloween at the Old Cheese Factory will not be open for door stales, all tickets must be purchased prior to the event.
Will the event continue if it rains?
Halloween at the Old Cheese Factory will continue in light showers, should the weather become hazardous the event will be cancelled and all attendees notified.

The event will have areas that contains insects, including spiders, snakes and light horror themes. Areas in question will have warnings in place to advise people with phobias. Halloween at the Old Cheese Factory wishes to provide a fun filled night for everyone.
Are you using smoke and lights?
The event will contain water-based smoke and usage of lights throughout the duration.

Can I bring alcohol?
Halloween at the Old Cheese Factory is a dry event, no alcohol is permitted into the site.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs and other pets are not allowed into the site during the event times for their safety. Service animals are an exception to this.
