Authorise access to remove graffiti from private property

The City of Casey has identified graffiti on your private property visible from a public place and issued you a Notice of Intention by Council to Remove/Obliterate Graffiti per the Graffiti Prevention Act 2007 (Vic).

Use this form to authorise a City of Casey representative to remove graffiti from your private property and, where necessary, enter your property to remove it.
