Due to the high volume of rain that has been experienced in the past week, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Halloween event scheduled for tonight (Monday 31 October) at The Old Cheese Factory.   

The amount of rain received over the past few days has made the ground at the Old Cheese Factory unstable. Therefore, the carnival rides would not be able to be set up and operated safely.   

Our apologies to all those involved and to those who were looking forward to attending. A member of our ticketing team will contact ticket holders directly to arrange a full refund of all tickets.   

Please do not contact our Customer Service Team as they will be unable to assist in the refunding of these tickets.
