Looking for a friendly, low-pressure way to move your body while spending time with your baby?
Our Mums and Bubs Workouts class is designed especially for mums with babies, prams, or carriers.
These sessions focus on gentle strength, cardio, and mobility exercises to help you feel stronger, more confident, and energised. Babies are welcome to stay close to you throughout the session, whether in a pram, carrier, or on a mat.
The class is relaxed, inclusive, and supportive — breaks for feeding, cuddles, or settling your baby are always welcome. No previous fitness experience is needed, and exercises can be modified to suit your body and stage of postnatal recovery.
