Empowering, Motivating, Building Resilience, Aspiring, Connecting, Evolving

EMBRACE is a free and empowering program for girls aged 13 to 17. It helps young women build confidence, connect with others, and grow personally.

Join others in fun activities and self-development sessions that help you feel empowered, grow together, and make lasting friendships in a supportive space.

You can take part in free activities such as:

  • creative arts and crafts
  • hands-on cooking and baking
  • gardening
  • fun outdoor activities
  • inspiring guest speakers
  • engaging personal development sessions.

When: Mondays, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm
