Community Fundraiser for VACCA

Community fundraiser for VACCA with family activities, food and raffle prizes

Join us for a Community Reconciliation Event supporting VACCA during Reconciliation Week, hosted by Story House Early Learning Lynbrook.

This event has been created to bring the local community together, raise awareness, and support Aboriginal children, families and communities through the work of VACCA.

As part of this event, we are inviting local Aboriginal businesses and artists to attend, with free space available to showcase or share their work. Our goal is to support and uplift local Aboriginal artists while sharing culture and creativity with the wider community.

On the day, some of our children will be attending to share an Acknowledgement of Country and a song, creating a meaningful opportunity for families and community members to connect with culture.

We are also excited to have Art by N’Dene Riley Aboriginal Artist attending. N’Dene is a proud Parrdarrama Pungenna and Six Rivers Aboriginal woman, as well as an artist and educator who creates beautiful hand-painted pieces. Her work includes earrings, keyrings, A3 artworks, mugs, and more.

We are proud to be supporting local businesses within the Lynbrook community and would like to thank those who have generously contributed to the event through raffle prizes and donations, including:

  • Black Gambit Tattoo Lynbrook
  • Lynbrook Hotel
  • Lyons Pride Signs
  • The Grind 3975
  • The Whisktakers

The event will also include a raffle with over $300 in prizes, with additional contributions still being confirmed.

This is a family-friendly event with free entry and activities for children. Food, raffle tickets and baked goods will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting VACCA.
Entry and raffle tickets can be booked through TryBooking, with walk-ins also welcome on the day

Bookings/tickets are required.
