You can request and report the following services online:
- Collection of a fallen tree
- Collection of snapped or fallen branches
- Debris from a tree
- An unhealthy tree
You can also request to:
- replace a damaged or missing tree
- plant an additional tree

In most cases, we will assess your request and inspect the area within 10 business days. Assessments for planting new trees may take longer.
If we have not responded within 6 weeks, please report it online or contact us.
If you have requested a tree removal, we will remove the tree and mark the stump with paint. If we have not removed it within 6 weeks please contact us.
If a tree is threatening public safety, please report it to us immediately by calling (03) 9705 5200. For dangerous situations on your private property, please contact the SES on 132 500.
