Supplementary rates notices

You will receive a supplementary notice if there has been a change to your property that increases or decreases its value. Examples include:

  • adding an extension
  • doing renovations
  • adding a shed or pool
  • subdividing land
  • changing the use of land
  • demolition or damage to the property
  • construction of a dwelling

We can send you a supplementary notice at any time during the year.
