Located within close proximity to both the shared kitchenette and bathroom facilities on the first floor, the meeting rooms are a popular choice for groups wanting a more private experience.

Regular users receive a 25% discount on standard hire rates when hiring at least once a month.

Public liability insurance is available for an additional $15 per hire.
There is limited storage available at the Community Hub. Requests for storage from regular hirers will be negotiated on a case by case basis and will incur an additional cost.
A bond will be charged for each room to cover costs of any damage to the room caused directly by the hirer’s actions and failure to return keys or access cards. The bond will be fully refunded at the end of the hire term if there is no damage to the facility and keys / access cards have been returned. Where two rooms are booked, the bond which is the greater of the two rooms will be accepted for both rooms.
