There are two types of rates for hire fees:


  • Community rate: $40.60
  • Community rate for Hall 1 and Commercial Kitchen: $50.80
  • Standard rate: $55.90
  • Standard rate for Hall 1 and Commercial Kitchen: $71.60

Additional fees

Additional fees apply for private events, larger events, events with alcohol and events that are deemed high risk. Additional fees may also apply to other events held after-hours.

Hall Keeper (Support Staff) $50.00 (per hour) All private hires (during and after business hours), large events and high risk events
Security $43.55 (per guard, per hour)* *External service provider may change the price listed. Please confirm upon booking All events with alcohol. Minimum 2 guards for up to 100 people and additional 1 guard for up to another 100 people. Guards have a minimum shift time of 4 hours.
Bond for additional key and swipe $50.00 Regular hirers only
Cleaning Fee (public holidays and facility closure) $250.00 All hirers on public holidays and facility closure dates


A bond will be charged for each room to cover the costs of any damage to the room caused directly by the hirer’s actions. The bond will be fully refunded at the end of the hire term if there is no damage to the facility. When you book two rooms, the higher bond will be accepted for both spaces.

  • Private use: $1000
  • Community groups or business hire: $500
  • If you need Public Liability Insurance (community groups and public use only): $15
