Missed collection
If your hard rubbish has not been collected by Friday 3:00 pm of your collection week, please contact us:
- by phone on 9705 5200
- by email at caseycc@casey.vic.gov.au
We will investigate the issue and advise you about what we can do to help.
Hard rubbish left in front of house for too long
If you believe your neighbour has had a hard rubbish pile in front of their house for a long time, you should first chat to your neighbour. We find that most issues can be solved with a friendly chat.
Report to Council
If chatting to your neighbour has not helped, you can contact us to report the issue.
Please provide the following information to help us investigate:
- your name and contact details
- the address where the hard rubbish pile is located
- what kind of rubbish is in the pile and how long it has been there
What happens next?
- We will check if there is a pick up scheduled for that address.
- If there is no scheduled pick up, we will contact the owner of the rubbish and arrange for it to be collected or removed.
Report dumped rubbish on your pile
If you believe someone has dumped their waste on your existing hard rubbish pile, you should report it to us as soon as possible.
The earlier you make a report, the more likely we can arrange to have your rubbish picked up at the scheduled time.
Report to Council
To make a report, please contact us with:
- your name and contact details
- the address where your hard rubbish pile is located
- any photos of your hard rubbish pile when you first put it out for collection
What happens next?
- If you report the issue before your scheduled collection date, we will try and ensure all your rubbish is collected as per usual.
Report dumped rubbish or litter
If you notice dumped rubbish or litter on Council land, you should report it to us.
