Rubbish left in front of neighbours for too long

First, have a chat with your neighbour if you believe that a pile of rubbish in front of their property has been there for too long. We find that most issues can be solved with a friendly chat.

If not, contact us and we will arrange a collection for their address. Ensure you provide your contact details, the address of the hard rubbish pile, the type of rubbish and how long it has been there.

Report dumped rubbish on your pile

Let us know asap before your scheduled collection date if someone has dumped waste on your hard rubbish pile. There are limits to what our hard rubbish collection service can take away. Letting us know beforehand will help us arrange the collection of any excess or unacceptable rubbish on your pile. Read more about what we can and can't collect.
