Renew online

This is for pet registration only. Please do not use this form to pay for other Council services.

You must renew your pet's registration by 10 April every year.

We will send you a reminder 3-4 weeks before this date via email or post.

If your personal details have changed, please update your contact details online.

Renewal fee

The cost to renew a pet's registration is the same as registering a pet for the first time.

Pensioner discount eligibility 

You can apply for a pensioner pet registration discount by filling out an online form:

Your Animal ID located on your notice is your reference number.

Alternatively, you can also use the number located under the barcode:

Replacement tags

Replacement tags can be ordered online for cats and dogs.
