Purpose

The purpose of this document is to inform you, our customers, about how the teams and individuals across Council are going to work to deliver effective experiences for residents, businesses and our communities.

Our Role

We provide services to over 310,000 diverse and growing residents and more than 18,000 businesses.

As Victoria’s fastest growing council, our vision* is to create Australia’s most liveable city through providing, advocating and facilitating.
