Where the Amendment Applies
This amendment applies to all land required for the Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road Upgrade Project (the project). This includes the road reservation and intersections between Thompsons Road, Cranbourne North and South Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne East and land to be acquired. This land will be used for the duplication of Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road.
Changes to the Casey Planning Scheme
Amendment C262 inserts an incorporated document titled Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road (Thompsons Road to South Gippsland Highway) Upgrade Project Incorporated Document, May 2019 to exempt all uses and development associated with the project from the need for a planning permit.
The Minister for Planning approved Planning Scheme Amendment C262 to the Casey Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation when it was published in the Government Gazette on 29 November 2019.
