This amendment implements the findings and objectives of the Casey Housing Strategy including the review of the Low Density Residential Zone.
Ministerial Approval
The Minister for Planning approved Planning Scheme Amendment C198 to the Casey Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation when it was published in the Government Gazette on 28 November 2019.
