Overall Site Plan

The objective of the lease is for a telecommunication facility, incorporating new technology this improving coverage and satisfying the increased uptake of mobile data services such as smart phones, tablets and data cards.
The principal terms of the lease will be:
1. Lease term being five (5) years with three (3) further terms of (5) years
2. Commencement date at the date Council grants the Lease
3. A commencing rental in accordance with Council’s Leasing and Pricing Policy
4. Rent to be reviewed annually to 3% except on each fifth anniversary of the commencement date when rent will be subject to market review and adjusted accordingly.

A person may make a submission on the proposal. Any person proposing to make a submission under section 223 of the Act must do so by the close of business on
6 June 2019. All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act. Submissions may be included in an agenda for a meeting of the Council that will be made available to the public.

Any person requesting to be heard in support of his or her submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or a Committee established by Council for this purpose) or be represented by a person acting on his or her behalf, and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing. A person must clearly state in their submission whether they, or their representatives, wish to speak at the meeting.
